Unique ID from BEXPRO-NS Software that identifies single PC.
PC-ID will be shown at first start of unregistered program.

You do not need new registration of PC-ID even if
you update windows.(XP->Vista->7)
After Windows (eg. XP to Vista or Vista to Windows 7)
update you need to register new PC-ID.

Some browsers put to the end
of filename an index e.g. license.lic[0]
